Continuing on the cooking at home - a few plain and simple items.  Bok choy sauteed with garlic and some soy sauce.  A bean sprout salad with some vinagar, soy and sesame oil, and some kimchi noodles.  

On that note, I’m really starting to enjoy cooking again.  It’s not easy cooking for myself — doing all the preparation like chopping and so forth, and cleaning afterwards isn’t the greatest, but mixing and matching things in the fridge, and eating them afterwards is always a delight…and it keeps me busy.
